Shipping Policy

Shipping Zones

We ship to the following regions:

  • Poland (domestic shipping)
  • European Union countries
  • International shipping available upon request

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Within Poland:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days - $5
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - $12
  • Pickup Point: 2-3 business days - $3

European Union:

  • Standard International: 7-14 business days - calculated at checkout
  • Express International: 3-7 business days - calculated at checkout

Rest of World:

  • International Shipping: 10-21 business days - calculated at checkout

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders over $25!

This offer applies to standard shipping within Poland and EU countries. Express shipping and international orders outside the EU are excluded from free shipping promotions.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Email notification with tracking number
  • Ability to track your package online
  • SMS updates on delivery status (where available)

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High volume periods (holidays, sales events)

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days at furqatrajabov958@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.
