Return & Refund Policy

At Furian Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Unworn with tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at furqatrajabov958@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2-3 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping Costs
If your return is approved, we will send you a free return shipping label. However, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
14-Day Cooling Off Period (European Union)
If your merchandise is being delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
